The Troop B Student Alliance Program will take place on two consecutive Saturdays from 9a-4:30p beginning March 5. They request participants of the program be high school students of good character who might be interested in a career in law enforcement. Preference is given to juniors and seniors. Selected students will participate in a variety of educational activities intended to familiarize them with Highway Patrol operations and equipment. Participants will get to shoot in their indoor range and participate in mock traffic stops. The activities will take place at Troop B Headquarters in Macon MO. Students must provide their own transportation and will be on their own for a lunch break. See Mrs. O'Haver for an application.

Brenda Aeschliman visited Mrs. Veatch’s third grade classroom today and shared about how she prepares the leather panels on basketballs to embroider. Their reading story this week is all about the game of basketball, including who created it and the design of the basketball itself. The students enjoyed learning from Brenda and hearing how she creates each unique piece of art. Thank you, Brenda!
