4th grade learned about the American Revolution. They re-enacted King George III collecting taxes from the colonists with the help of Parliament. Mr. Windy as King George III and Officer Rohn as the Tax Collector visited Mrs. Schoonover's class. Mr. Jones as the King and Tax Collector Ryan visited Mrs. Nolte's class to collect jelly bean taxes.





Special Olympics track was held on Saturday at Truman.
Alyias and Lucas received all Gold Heather earned 2 gold and a silver.



Truman hosted the Literature Festival on Friday, April 21st. Each 4th-6th grade classroom visited three authors to learn about their books, inspiration, and creative process.




Several grade levels begin MAP testing tomorrow. Our superheroes were recognized and celebrated last week and enjoyed a virtual dance assembly to power up to do their best! Please eat breakfast and get plenty of rest.

The Scholar Bowl Rams will host a best of three quarterfinal match vs West Platte on Tuesday at 5 in the multipurpose room. If you plan to attend, be there early as doors close for the first game at 5:00 sharp.

It's almost time for the 3rd Annual Schuyler Basketball Camp! Forms will be in located in the high school office for students grade 7th-12th. Schuyler Club Trip to Kansas City Worlds of Fun today. The trip was cut a little short for thunderstorms but a good time was had by all.

After winning the conference, the 33-15 Scholar Bowl Rams are looking to add a district title tomorrow at Scotland.

The elementary is gearing up for MAP testing. We'd love for students to celebrate our superhero test-takers and have some fun by dressing up next week!

Prom shirt orders and money are due tomorrow.
