Information pertaining to the v/jv basketball games at Cairo on 11/24. Each team (boys/girls) will get 50 tickets. They will be playing games in this order- 2 quarters JVG, VG, 2 quarters JVB, VB. We will be emptying the gym between the varsity girls game & the JV boys game. This is to try to allow more family members the opportunities to watch games. Doors for the girls game will open at 4:30. The JVG game (2 quarters) will start at 5:00 & only those spectators with a girls (pink) ticket can go to the girls games. They can enter the normal entrance on the north end of our school. Those spectators for the boys games will have blue tickets & need to wait to arrive between 6:30-7:00 & enter the building on the east side of the school. Your boys families, along with ours, will be asked to wait in our cafeteria or old gym area (in a different part of our school) until the girls games have concluded & the HS gym has been cleared out. We'll have them walk down to the HS gym at that time. The JVB game (2 quarters) should start around 7/7:15. If you have some fans with both tickets, they won't need to leave, just have the blue ticket handy after the girls games.

Some good news. As of this morning, and after having nearly 90 students and staff quarantined 3 weeks ago, we are down to 8 in the high school with no positive cases and 10 in the elementary with no positive cases. The majority of these are because of parent contact. We will try to keep this updated every week.
