Rylan brought in books to show his class. They’ve been learning about tall tales. These books are by a Schuyler alumnus, Dannel Roberts.
There will be a high school dance team parent meeting on 10/29 in the HS commons. The meeting will be from 5:30-6:00pm
Youth League Basketball will begin at 6 tomorrow night. PreK-K and 3rd grade will be first and then 1-2nd grade.

Schuyler Elementary will celebrate Red Ribbon Week October 29-November 1! The theme is “Friends Don’t Let Friends Bully or Do Drugs.” See dress up days below.
As an elementary, we have earned a school-wide compliment party for meeting our expectations of Respectful, Achiever, Motivated, and Safe! We will celebrate by having a Toy Story Dress Up Day this Friday, October 25.
Some ideas for costumes include:
Woody/Jessie - boots, jeans, red handkerchief, long sleeve yellow shirt, vest (Woody), or chaps (Jessie)
Buzz - wear white and green; attach red, blue, and purple paper to shirt for buttons and suit design
Bo Peep - pink and white dress or blue outfit with a pink bow
Rex - wear a T-Rex shirt or dinosaur costume
Andy - t-shirt and shorts (depending on weather)
Andy's Mom - jeans, a blouse, and sweater
Students will not be required to participate but are certainly welcome to. Please keep the dress code and the weather in mind when choosing/making a costume.
