Reminder: FALL Sports Parent and Athlete meeting will be August 11 at 6:00pm in the High School commons. Any student interested in participating in High School or JH athletics this FALL at Schuyler should plan to attend.
The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) requires all schools and student-athletes to observe "Dead Week" before the start of fall practices for the 2025–2026 school year. During this time, coaches may not have any contact with athletes, and no practices or activities should be held for middle school or high school athletes. Please note that this dead week is for sports and not Band activities.
⚠️ Dead Week will take place from Saturday, August 2 through Sunday, August 10, 2025.
📅Official high school fall sports practices will begin on Monday, August 11. Middle school practices will begin on Monday, August 18.

Attention HS Cross Country Runners:
Practice on August 13 and 15 will be from 6 am to 7:30 am.
Due to the Predicted Forecast of Rain/Thunderstorms during our camp time today, we are going to push back our 4th-8th Grade Football Camp to tomorrow Wednesday the 30th and Thursday the 31st from 4-5:30PM!
4th-8th grade football camp will be July 29th-30th this week from 4-5:30 PM on the game field!
$20 cash or check written to Schuyler R1 School District. Athletes bring cleats and water. Athletes that haven’t signed up yet are still welcome!

Ashlyn Laws joined us for several days of summer school to teach 2nd-6th grade students about ag-related topics. She brought a related activity for students to do each lesson from planting a soybean to making their own butter.
