Kirksville Area Technical Center is NOT in session tomorrow, Friday 2/14 and Monday 2/17.
WE WILL BE IN SESSION FRIDAY, February 14th, and running regular bus routes. The call and message that went out was a duplicate from yesterday. We are unsure why it sent. Sorry for the confusion!
Due to poor road conditions, school will be closed Thursday, February 13th. Schuyler will utilize an "Alternative Method of Instruction Day 2" for the missed day.

FCCLA will be selling raffle tickets tomorrow morning for their valentine giveaway of a bear, candy, and a flower.
Elementary Valentine's Day classroom parties are 2:30-3:30.
PK-6th students brought home informational envelopes for Kid Heart Challenge last week. Thank you to everyone who has opted to participate and/or donate! We are extending the fundraiser through February 21st due to our snow days. There's still time to register, complete Finn's mission, and receive donations for the American Heart Association.

In recognition of Random Acts of Kindness Day on Monday, Feb. 17, our 6th grade RAMS Student Leaders organized a Kindness Week for Schuyler Elementary Feb. 18-21. We invite everyone to wear certain colors and do acts of kindness throughout the week!

Third graders have been using inch and centimeter tiles to measure surface area.




Fifth grade and preschool students buddied up to make valentines.








Due to inclement weather, school will be closed Wednesday, February 12th. Schuyler will utilize an "Alternative Methods of Instruction" for the loss day. Junior-Senior High students will need to check Google classroom. Preschool and Elementary students will need to check backpacks for A.M.I packets.

Virtual Girl Scout event on Monday, 2/17/25 at 1:30pm

Sixth grade learned about the rock cycle in Science today. They experimented with the process by breaking down crayons, melting them with heat, and then observing them re-hardening.
