Schuyler hosted the first annual Schuyler Winter Invitational Tournament this past Saturday. Twenty teams from eleven schools competed in Schuyler’s WIT. The Rams varsity squad went 6-3 on the day with wins over Palmyra, Knox A, Mexico C, Scotland B, Clopton B, and Knox B. The Rams dropped games against Mexico A, Mexico B, and Winfield. The two squads from Mexico took home first and second. Winfield earned the third place trophy. The varsity Rams finished fifth overall. The JV Rams had a tough morning. They lost each of their morning round games but were competitive. In their afternoon pool, The JV Rams won each of their games, defeating Westran A, Westran B, and Clopton B. They finished 3-6 on the day. Thanks to all the volunteers who made this event possible.

Just a reminder Mini Dance Camp is Tuesday, January 30th. Camp will be after school in multipurpose room until 5:00. Shirts will be handed out at pickup. The performance will be at the boys halftime game that night. Mini Dancers can be brought to HS commons between 5:45-6 to get with their groups and get ready.

Girls in grades K-6 are invited to attend the Girl Scouts meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 31st at 3:45 in the multipurpose room. An adult needs to attend with the participant.

The Lady Rams secured another nice win Thursday at North Shelby by defeating the Lady Raiders 48-36. They play tomorrow (1/26) at Knox County at 6:00 to finish a three game stretch in as many nights.
